Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Kallo (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for your workspace, the people you invite and everything done with your API keys. Keep secret keys on your servers and revoke any key you believe is exposed.

Prepaid credit and billing

• Usage is charged per participant-minute from your prepaid balance in US dollars at the price shown for your project.
• Credit is added through Stripe. Taxes may apply where required.
• New participants cannot join when your balance is below the minimum; calls in progress may finish and can take the balance below zero, which you agree to settle.
• Refunds of unused credit are handled case by case unless required by law.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable use policy and make sure your end users do too.

Your content and end users

You keep all rights to your content. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any notices or consents needed for your end users. We process end-user data on your behalf as described in the Privacy notice.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless a separate service-level agreement applies. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk or breach of these terms. You may close your workspace at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

The governing law and venue will be set out in the final version of these terms.
