What is a participant-minute?
One person connected to a room for one minute. A 10-minute call between two people uses 20 participant-minutes.
How do I add credit?
From the Billing page in the dashboard, starting at $5.00. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe Checkout.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Calls already in progress finish normally. New participants can't join until you add credit. Webhooks warn you when credit is low and when it runs out.
Is there a monthly fee or a minimum commitment?
No. You pay for participant-minutes from your prepaid balance and nothing else.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Contact sales for committed-volume rates, higher limits or a custom per-minute price.
Prices exclude taxes where applicable. Each project's price is shown in your dashboard and applies to usage recorded at that price.
